Josh Goodman Photography is actually a husband and wife team - Josh & Jill. We met in high school and we’ve been best friends ever since. Our style of photography can best be described as "Vintage Feel, Contemporary Appeal." We have a passion for the art of wedding photography and our inspiration comes from all of the heart-felt moments that take place throughout a wedding day. We love capturing the romance, playfulness, and unspoken connection between a bride and a groom.

Don’t you just love those days when everything seems to fall into place perfectly and the day flows smooth like butta? We’ll that’s a perfect description of Ashley and Walter’s wedding day. When you have a gorgeous bride, beautiful venues, a fun bridal party, and loving, supportive family and friends, you end up with a truly joyous wedding! This was a destination wedding of sorts because Ashley and Walter traveled from San Francisco and many of their friends/family traveled from around the country for this celebration.

Ashley and Walter, we feel so fortunate to have been a part of your day, and we hope you two had an amazing honeymoon adventure in Aruba!

As the mother of bride of course I am biased, but these pictures or over the top! WOW! I know it was Ashley’s most important wish to have pictures and the memories to share with generations to come. I could write 3 pages, but will keep it brief. Thank you Josh & Jill for capturing the emotion and beauty of my daughters most important day. I was so special for me to see all of the emotion that I missed on such a busy day. I have cried, laughed, smiled, and am still in awe of what an amazing job you both did. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me opportunity to relive such an important day!

sara and karthik – fairmont miramar wedding – part 2

Here is part 2 of Sara and Karthik’s beautiful wedding. S+K had their ceremony under an 80 foot tall fig tree that sits in front of the Fairmont Miramar Hotel. It’s been growing there for over 150 years, and it provided a breathtaking backdrop to their ceremony. Hindu ceremonies are so much fun to watch because there are so many steps that take place before the union between the bride and groom is complete.

S+K’s reception was so elegant and inviting – we absolutely fell in love with it! You could definitely tell that a lot of thought and care was put into the design. And isn’t their cake to die for?!? sara and karthik – fairmont miramar wedding – part 1

What an amazing day! Sara and Karthik’s Hindu/Western wedding had so much color, life, and celebration that it was a challenge to capture it all!
