We had such a great time shooting Moriah and Jason’s wedding on June 1st. They live in Tucson, AZ, but they traveled out to Coronado (near San Diego) to have their wedding. They had their ceremony and reception at the beautiful Loews Coronado Bay Resort. Moriah and Jason were such an awesome couple to photograph and it was an absolute pleasure to be part of their wedding day!
We want to give some props to the vendors who did a really great job to help make Moriah and Jason’s day special:
Venue: Loews Coronado Bay Resort
Wedding Coordinator: Stacie Barba - A Day of Elegance
Hair Stylist: Ron Madrid - Ezzena Salon, Tucson Az
Flowers: Debbie Otto-Smith - Coronado Flower Lady

Check this out. Jason had his ring finger tattooed the day before the wedding so that he’d always be wearing his wedding band!

I saw this cool painting and it inspired me to do a really proper and formal “Grey Poupon” type of shot! Check out the slideshow of this wedding that I’ll post shortly to see the follow-up to this image.

The Loews Coronado has a really cool staircase with a funky chandelier.

As a show of solidarity, Jason’s groomsmen also got wedding band tattoos!

We decided to go to the beach close to sunset to take some romantic images of Moriah and Jason. I’m glad we did because they turned out great!

What can I say about these two? Andy and Jacob are just about the sweetest and most good natured couple we’ve ever worked with! They share a very special bond and we’re so happy they found each other. They had their ceremony at Kimberly Crest and their reception at the Redlands Country Club.
It looked like it might rain on their wedding day, but someone was looking out for them and kept the rain at bay. Then, almost as if on cue, the sun broke through the clouds during their ceremony and stayed out for the rest of the day. There are so many images that we love, so we’re going to post a slideshow with even more images soon!

We’ve lived in Los Feliz for quite a while and we’ve never been to the Los Feliz Village Street Fair before. So we decided to check it out on Sunday and we were really surprised about how cool the whole event was. All of Vermont from Franklin to Prospect was blocked off for the Fair. Each end of the street had a stage where local bands would perform. In between where booths from all sorts of vendors - clothing, jewelery, spiritual, mind-body, and food, yummy food! They even had a petting zoo for the kiddies. I took my little Canon Powershot with me to snap a few pics of the fair.

What’s that shadowy figure lurking on Vermont Ave?

Why it’s a giant inflatable T-Rex, of course!

This is the lead singer of a band called “Hazelden”
